I am unable join or start sessions

Have you run out of allotted time? New users are given 5 minutes of session time to begin and will then need to purchase additional time. Log in to the web application and purchase more time or change subscription levels.

Don't worry! During the beta trials these purchases are free. You will not need to enter your credit card details.

I thought the beta trials were free?

They are free. During the beta trials, the purchase screen does not need a valid credit card number for purchases. Just enter in any details you wish.
