Android installation

During MiMoIP's beta phase, Android installation is done by downloading the Android application using this link from Chrome on your Android device

Tapping the link will begin the download. Your browser may display a popup warning you that the File might be harmful, tap on Download anyway to begin the download.

On completion, tap open on the downloaded file to begin the installation.

The app needs your device to allow installation of unknown apps via Chrome in order to install. If you have not already allowed this, a popup will tell you and offer to take you to the settings page so you can enable it. Tap on Settings then enable installation of unknown apps from Chrome.

Tap on the slider next to Chrome to enable unknown apps from Chrome.

A popup will now ask if you want to install the app. Tap Install

When installation is complete, tap Open to start MiMoIP. Your device will ask permission for MiMoIP to have access to the camera and the microphone. With both permissions, tap Allow only while using the app

You should now see the login screen.
